Ziegler UK is a global logistics and transport company providing end-to-end supply chain solutions with a strong focus on efficiency, reliability, and innovation. Their nationwide fleet plays a vital role in keeping goods moving and clients connected.

The Challenge

With over 50 vehicles to manage, Ziegler UK needed a streamlined system to track servicing, maintenance, and compliance. They wanted a simple, digital solution that improved visibility across teams – plus high-quality custom forklift stickers that met both branding and safety standards.

Our Approach

We collaborated closely with the Ziegler UK team to develop a practical and user-friendly setup that simplified fleet management. Implemented a SharePoint-based system for real-time tracking of servicing records. Created a centralised fleet list to organise all vehicle data in one place. Designed and supplied custom forklift stickers combining Ziegler’s branding with essential safety messaging.

The Result

Ziegler UK now benefits from a centralised, efficient fleet management system that keeps all 50+ vehicles on schedule and compliant. The new digital setup improved accountability, while the branded forklift stickers enhanced both safety and visual consistency across their sites.

CAMA AssetStore, established in 1900, is a specialist asset management and storage provider serving businesses across the UK, particularly those in film, TV, and other industries requiring safe, reliable storage of physical assets. With multiple regional storage hubs, they combine traditional operational experience with modern digital tools to catalogue and manage equipment efficiently.

The Challenge

CAMA operates a fleet of forklifts across several sites and needed a centralised way to manage servicing schedules. They wanted a solution that provided clear visibility of all forklifts, allowing teams to track upcoming inspections and maintenance, avoid late servicing, and ensure smooth, reliable operations across all locations.

Our Approach

We worked closely with CAMA to create a practical, easy-to-use solution for managing their forklift fleet across multiple sites. We developed a centralised fleet list that captured each forklift’s location, servicing history, and upcoming inspection dates. The list was designed to be clear and accessible for all teams, providing a single source of truth to plan and manage maintenance efficiently.

The Result

With the fleet list, CAMA gained complete visibility of their forklifts across all sites. Teams can now easily see which vehicles are due for servicing, schedule maintenance proactively, and avoid late inspections. The centralised overview simplifies fleet management, improves operational reliability, and ensures their forklift fleet is always ready to support smooth, uninterrupted operations.

The Butterfly Rooms Nursery & Pre-School is a community-based charity providing high-quality childcare and early years education. Their mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, while also supporting families in the local area of Essex/London/Kent.

The Challenge

Although well-established in the community, The Butterfly Rooms needed to refresh their brand and digital presence. As a charity, it was important that their website and branding communicated warmth, trust, and professionalism, while also being accessible and easy to navigate for busy parents. They required a redesigned website that highlighted their services, values, and charitable mission. An updated visual identity that captured the nurturing, playful, and welcoming nature of the nursery. A platform that could be easily maintained by their team.

Our Approach

We collaborated closely with the charity to understand their values, audience, and community role. Our work focused on designing seasonal versions of their existing logo to bring variety and personality throughout the year, while maintaining the core identity. We also focused on building a responsive website with clear navigation for parents, including sections for curriculum, admissions, and charity information. Ensuring the site was easy to update so staff could add news, events, and resources without technical barriers. Additionally, we created updated email signatures and posters to support their refreshed visual presence. We also supported their transition to a paperless system within a short timescale, ensuring forms, registrations, and communications could be managed online in a simple and accessible way.

The Result

The Butterfly Rooms launched their refreshed brand and website with great success. The new identity reflects their nurturing ethos while standing out as professional and trustworthy. Parents now have a clear, accessible way to find information, while the charity can better showcase its mission and impact within the community. Bronze Mechanical are a well-established Mitsubishi forklift dealer serving Essex, London & Kent. With many years of industry experience, we are dedicated to keeping businesses moving through reliable equipment, expert servicing, and dependable support.

The Challenge

Their team needed a stronger digital presence and more efficient internal processes. Outdated communication tools and paper-based workflows created opportunities to improve efficiency and support future scalability.

The Approach

We partnered with Bronze Mechanical to modernise their operations by creating professional, branded email signatures for consistent communication. We designed seasonal versions of their existing logo, such as Halloween and other event-themed variations, adding a bit of fun while still remaining professional. We also created bespoke documents to support their internal processes, including examples such as branded contracts, daily checklists, and other tailored paperwork. Additionally, we produced fleet list templates for customers with multiple vehicles, allowing all information to be clearly displayed in one easy-to-read document.

The Result

Bronze Mechanical now operates with a polished, consistent brand image and more efficient digital workflows. These improvements support their continued growth while maintaining their strong reputation in a competitive industry. The Challenge

As a growing business, HILT wanted to celebrate key milestones and festive seasons with their team and customers in a way that felt professional, creative, and on-brand. They needed branded materials that would capture attention both online and offline.

The Approach

We collaborated with HILT to design and deliver a suite of celebratory assets, including seasonal logo variations for festive events and a special design for their 1-year anniversary. We also created festive cards to share with their customers and team, as well as fleet stickers to strengthen their branding across their vehicles.
